Refund Policy

At Evolaition, we are committed to providing high-quality AI and automation solutions to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Custom Development Projects

For custom AI development, web development, and app development projects:

• Initial deposits (typically 30-50% of the project total) are non-refundable as they secure our resources and cover initial planning and design work.
• If you cancel a project after work has begun but before completion, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to that point, less any deposits already paid.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as specified in the project contract, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
• All refund requests for custom development projects must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.

Subscription Services

For AI agents, automation services, and other subscription-based offerings:

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
• If our service experiences significant downtime or fails to meet the service level agreements specified in your contract, you may be eligible for service credits or a partial refund.

Consulting and Training Services

For AI consulting, training sessions, and workshops:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.
• If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request without additional charges, provided you give at least 7 days' notice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Page with the following information:

• Your name and company name
• The service or project for which you're requesting a refund
• Order number or invoice number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
